(1) When the pasted face paper is thin and curly, the machine can not run too fast. When packing paper and corrugated cardboard, their relative positions should be aligned so as to avoid the misalignment of paper delivery positioning and the inaccuracy of transverse mounting. If the upper and lower chains of the machine are not aligned, there is a deviation between the front and back positions; the paper stopper limit device of the stacking table is not close to the edge of the paper, which makes the stack move from side to side, as well as the flexibility of the curled cardboard and the failure to tidy up the cardboard when loading, etc., will also cause errors in the mounting position of the surface paper and corrugated cardboard.
(2) The inappropriate adjustment or maintenance of machine feeding and positioning mechanism can easily lead to errors in pasting face paper and corrugated cardboard.
A. There is loosening phenomenon in the feeding chain mechanism, which makes the working coordination of the upper and lower chains inconsistent or unstable.
B. The front of the upper/lower chain loosened, which caused the paper edge to be impacted when feeding paper.
C. Pressed steel strips are not suitable for the contact position of face paper or have too large gap, which does not slow down the inertia impulse of cardboard in high-speed movement.
